By accessing and using SideGigs Academy ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and converted to your local currency. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • Stripe: Credit and debit cards (all currencies)
  • M-Pesa: Mobile money (Kenya Shillings only)

4.3 One-Time Payment

Blueprint purchases are one-time payments that grant lifetime access to the content. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.

4.4 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except:

  • In cases of technical issues preventing access to purchased content
  • If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error
  • As required by applicable law

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All content on SideGigs Academy, including but not limited to:

  • Text, graphics, logos, and images
  • Blueprints, guides, and educational materials
  • Software, code, and functionality
  • Design, layout, and user interface

is owned by SideGigs Academy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License to Use

When you purchase a blueprint, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Access and view the content for personal use
  • Download materials for offline personal use
  • Implement the strategies and methods described

5.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell our content
  • Share your account or purchased content with others
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use content for commercial purposes without permission

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware

  • Engage in fraudulent activities

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of content

No Guarantee of Results: While we provide educational content and strategies, we do not guarantee any specific financial results or success. Your results depend on various factors including your effort, skills, market conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIDEGIGS ACADEMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
